7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Field of Light General Admission Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes return coach transfers from hotel and general admission.
• Please note, Field of Light experience is not suitable for children aged four years and under.
• Additional guests who wish to join this experience must pre-book and purchase separately.
• This will be booked for the first night of stay unless stated otherwise. If it is not available on the first night, it will be booked on the second.

Shared Return Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print

• Complimentary return coach transfers are provided for all Ayers Rock Resort hotel guests arriving into and departing from Ayers Rock Airport on scheduled Qantas, Virgin Australia and Jetstar flights.
• Bookings are not required for this service.
• On arrival, after collecting your luggage, follow the courtesy hotel transfer signs and make your way outside the terminal and board the waiting AAT Kings coaches.
• Return transfers to the airport depart from outside your hotel approximately two hours prior to the scheduled flight departure times. Please check with reception for exact departure times.

Sunrise Journey Tour Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Children must be aged 5 years or older to join this tour.
• Tour departure approx. one hour prior to sunrise. Please confirm pick-up time at reception the day prior.
• Tour duration is approx. two hours.
• Wheelchair access available on request.
• There are complimentary language devices are available to hear the Mala story in Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Spanish, Italian, French and German. These can be requested upon booking.
• Sound and Sensory Experience Advisory: Sunrise Journeys is a multi-sensory experience that combines sound, lasers and light projections to bring the stunning piece of artwork to life. For your comfort and safety, please be advised that this experience includes a powerful soundtrack and dynamic sound levels. It may not be suitable for guests who are sensitive to loud noises or have hearing impairments. This show also features light effects that may affect individuals with epilepsy or other light-sensitive conditions.
