RIMBA by AYANA Bali is located along Bali’s western ‘sunset’ coast, along a tranquil stretch of clifftop. The resort is just a five-minute drive to Jimbaran village’s boutiques, galleries and markets, and a 40-minute drive to Seminyak’s bustling shopping and nightlife. The resort is located approximately a 20-minute drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). Airport transfers are included in some packages, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Luxury Escapes credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with Luxury Escapes. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Kids’ Club is complimentary but charges may apply if children join kids club activities. Kids’ Club is open daily from 9am to 5pm.
• Kids’ Club is available for children aged 0-14, but children under 4 must be accompanied by a parent or babysitter.
• Babysitting is available for a minimum of two hours for IDR121,000 per child, per hour. Minimum 24 hours advance booking is required, subject to availability.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at To’Ge, Karang or Padi restaurant between 6.30am and 10.30am.
• Daily two-course lunch or dinner is set-menu. Both lunch and dinner are available at Sami Sami, Damar Terrace, To’Ge, Unique Roof Top Bar and Restaurant, HonZEN, Karang and Ah Yat Abalone Seafood Restaurant. Or, dinner only at Rock Bar, Padi, Scusa and DAVA Steak & Seafood.
• The included cocktail can be redeemed between 4pm and 12am at the Rock Bar or between 11.30am and 11pm at Unique and Luna or between 10am and 6pm at Kubu Beach Club.
• Kubu Beach entry is unlimited, however, swimming may be restricted depending on the weather. The beach is open from 10am-6pm.
• Priority Rock Bar access entitles guests to an upgraded seat allocation with a better view. If the bar is booked out, only in-house guests will be permitted to enter the bar.
• The Aquatonic Pool experience is available to guests over 12 years old and with a minimum height of 150cm. There will be an information session with the spa team before using the Aquatonic Pool.
• Restaurants, bars and pools may be closed at management’s discretion.
• The shuttle runs every 10 minutes between 6am and 10pm, stopping at AYANA, RIMBA, The Villas and the Kubu Beach Club.

Fine Print:

• You will be emailed an online form to book the date and time of your transfer within 1-2 days of purchase.
• Ensure you have roundtrip transfers by upgrading to a Travelshoot package.
• Three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. Six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be pre-booked at US$3 per seat each way.
• Driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that, transfer will be considered cancelled.
