- Kubu Beach entry is unlimited, however, swimming may be restricted depending on the weather. The beach is open from 10am to 6pm.
- Priority Rock Bar access entitles guests to an upgraded seat allocation. If the bar is booked out, only in-house guests will be permitted to enter the bar.
- The thalassotherapy pool experience is available to guests over 12 years old and with a minimum height of 150cm. Open from 12pm to 7pm, with last entry and 6pm. There will be an information session with the spa team before using the thalassotherapy pool.
- Restaurants, bars and pools may be closed at management’s discretion.
- The shuttle runs every 10 minutes between 6am and 10pm, stopping at AYANA, RIMBA, The Villas and the Kubu Beach Club.
- RIMBA Jungle Adventure and AYANA Ocean Adventure are open daily from 9am to 6pm. Children under three years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

Update 22 December 2025, 3pm AEDT: The Thalassotherapy Pool at AYANA Spa will undergo scheduled maintenance from 17–31 January 2026. The facility will reopen and operate as usual starting 1 February 2026. RIMBA by AYANA Bali understands that the Thalassotherapy Pool is an important feature for guests. Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only):
- Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
- Flight number and arrival time
- Child seats requirements
- Number of pieces of luggage including large items
- A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
- You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
