- Dining Credit: The included food credit must be used during your stay. Vouchers are issued in A$250 denominations. A maximum of two (2) vouchers may be used per dining booking. If your dining credit amount exceeds A$500, you will not be able to use the entire amount in one sitting, multiple dining bookings will be required. Each voucher must be used in full against the total dining bill. Voucher value cannot be split or partially redeemed for lesser amounts. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The credit is valid on food and drink at either Moo Moo The Wine Bar + Grill or Blowfish Seafood Steak Bar only – both approximately an eight-minute walk away. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount.
- The welcome hamper is subject to change but may include a selection of soft cheese (brie or camembert) and hard cheese (cheddar or aged), artisan crackers, quince paste, dried fruit, olives, nuts and a small chocolate block.
- Welcome bottle/s of Veuve Ambal sparkling wine are served in-room.
- One turndown service per stay includes surface cleaning, vacuuming, bathroom and kitchen touch-ups, and amenity replenishment.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).
