- As of 27 August 2021: The Raffles Club Lounge is currently closed due to government restrictions. In the meantime, all benefits are available via other outlets in the hotel. Please contact the hotel for more information.
- The legal drinking age in the UAE is 21 years and over.
- Raffles Club Lounge access provides non-alcoholic drink service during operating times only. Alcoholic drinks are served in the lounge from 6pm to 8pm only.
- Children are not permitted to enter the ground floor of the Club Lounge from 6pm to 8pm during the alcohol service, however, they are permitted to stay on the 1st floor of the lounge during these hours.
- Spa and dining discounts are for one-time use only and no minimum spend is required. Any unused discount will be forfeited, is not transferable or redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with any other offer. Spa credit at Raffles Dubai excludes retail.
