Additionally, guests may choose to dine for two of their included meals at the following specialty restaurants: The Village (dinner only), AMPERS&ND (dinner only) and MIZĀJ (dinner only). Guests cannot dine at the same specialty restaurant more than once within a four-night period and the two included meals at specialty restaurants cannot both be redeemed on the same day.
RAAYA Life restaurant operates every day for breakfast from 7am–10am, lunch from 12pm–2.30pm and dinner from 7pm–10pm. Grand Maldivian Night is held every Friday at RAAYA Life with traditional Boduberu entertainment. All other outlets are closed for lunch and dinner on Fridays.

Cancellation policy

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking until 21 days prior to the original check-in date, however the following fees will apply: $995 per adult (12+) for economy class bookings, $795 per child (2–11) for economy class bookings; $2,995 for adults and children (2+) for business class bookings. The remaining balance, after deduction of the applicable cancellation fees will be refunded to your original payment or credit.

Cancellation can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. If refunded as credit, your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Return Seaplane Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print

Please provide your international flight details to the resort at least 14 days before arrival to confirm transfers.
Seaplane flights operate only during daylight hours from 7am–3.30pm.
Luxury Escapes recommends that guests arriving outside seaplane operating hours book one night of pre-accommodation in Malé.
There is no transfer fee for children aged two and under (lap seat only).
Upon arrival, after customs, an airport representative will meet guests holding signage with the name and logo of the resort. Guests will be escorted to the nearby Manta Air counter to collect their boarding cards and check in luggage. A vehicle will transport guests to the Manta Air lounge at Noovilu Seaplane Terminal.
On the day of departure, the Raaya by Atmosphere team escorts guests to their seaplane and back to Velana International Airport, Malé.
Baggage limit: 20kg per person.
