- On-site underground parking is available for one vehicle with unlimited entries and exits. Car park is accessed using room key so guests will need to check in at reception prior to accessing the car park. The height restriction of the secure underground car parking area is strictly 2.2 metres.
- For infants, a cot can be provided on request for A$10 per infant, per night, subject to availability. Please contact the property to arrange prior to arrival.
- Schoolies 2026: Please note that Schoolies 2026 runs from 21 November – 6 December 2026. Q1 Resort does not accept Schoolies bookings during this period. All registered guests must be 21 years of age or over to stay at the resort during this time. Q1 Resort reserves the right to cancel any booking made during this period that does not meet this requirement.
- Location: Dreamworld and WhiteWater World are a 30-minute drive, while the SkyPoint Observation Deck is located on site. WhiteWater World operates seasonally (12 September 2026 – April 2027) and may not be open during your Gold Coast stay. The resort is approximately a 40-minute drive from Gold Coast Airport (OOL). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.
