Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. - Massages are either Thai, head, or shoulder. Available from 10am to 6pm. Advance booking is essential. Charges apply to extended massages or additional services.
- Daily buffet breakfast is served at Aqua Restaurant between 6am and 11am on weekends and 6am and 10.30am on weekdays.
- Daily lunch is one a la carte item (excluding premium items), served at your choice of Edge Beach Club, Aqua Restaurant or Tamarind Restaurant from 12pm to 3pm.
- Dinner is a two-course set menu (excluding premium items) served at Tamarind Restaurant, Aqua Restaurant or Edge Beach Club between 6pm and 9pm daily.
- The free-flow hour can be taken any time between 10am and 9pm and begins from the time the first glass is poured. Includes cocktails, local beer and soft drinks from the dedicated drinks menu. - A three-passenger vehicle can fit up to three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger vehicle can fit up to six pieces of luggage.
- Infant seats may be pre-booked for a surcharge of US$3 per seat, per trip, or guests may bring their own to fit in the car.
- Driver will wait for delays of up to one hour. After then, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
- Transfers are for a maximum of three passengers. If you are travelling with more than three people, please contact ICS directly to upgrade your transfer.
