- Beach House is open daily from 11.30am–11pm. Salt ‘N’ Pepper is open daily from 6.30am–10pm.
- Massages can be redeemed at Pullman Spa. Guests are asked to reserve their treatment time on arrival.
- Return airport transfers from Phu Quoc International Airport (PQC) are shared shuttle transfers and are available upon hotel schedule and are subject to availability.
- Flight details must be provided at least 48 hours prior to requested pick-up/drop-off time.
- The bus will depart on time so please be present at the airport counter or resort lobby 5 minutes prior to departure.
- Please contact the hotel at least 7 days in advance to organise transfers.

- Daily free-flow cocktail hour is served at Connectivity Lounge, with drinks available from a provided menu.
- Please note: Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the Connectivity Lounge during Social Hour. Guests accompanied by children under 16 years old may enjoy their drinks at the Lighthouse instead.
- Bar Credit: Credit is valid only at Coconutz, The Lighthouse and Beach House. The included credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Credit can be used at any onsite venue (excludes minibar and room service). No minimum spend applies.
