7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking until 21 days prior to the original check-in date, however the following fees will apply: $995 per adult (12+) for economy class bookings, $795 per child (2–11) for economy class bookings; $2,995 for adults and children (2+) for business class bookings. The remaining balance, after deduction of the applicable cancellation fees will be refunded to your original payment or credit.

Cancellation can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. If refunded as credit, your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights (outside of your Melbourne to Malé return flight) booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

• Please Note: The baggage allowance on your charter flight will be different to included baggage allowance on your transfer flight to the resort. Please be aware that luggage amounts exceeding 32kgs will incur an additional surcharge, payable directly to the airline.
• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Included unlimited free-flow drinks includes cocktails, liquours and spirits, mocktails, soft drinks, tea, coffee and wines.
• All packages include complimentary snorkelling equipment, a daily scuba diving lesson, kids club access, resort classes, activities, and one free tank dive when you book four dives.
• Menu restrictions apply for both dining and drinks. Extra charges apply for speciality items.
• Daily use of non-motorised water sports is for 60 minutes per day only and is subject to availability and weather conditions.
• Phat Cameleon opens for dinner 6.30pm–10pm, but is closed on Fridays.
• Mélange opens daily, with breakfast 7am–10.30am, lunch 12.30pm–2.30pm and dinner 6.30pm–10pm.
• Souq Oven opens daily, with lunch 12.30pm–3pm and dinner 6.30pm–10pm.
• The minibar is refilled once daily on request, additional refills are chargeable.
• Guests must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request.
• Pullman Maldives Maamutaa abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them.
• Laundry service is not included in the All-Inclusive package. US$20 laundry credit per room is included for stays of 7+ nights.
• Only one extra child is permitted per room.
• Choice of one sunset cruise or one sunset fishing excursion per guest, per package (select packages only) should be booked upon arrival to the resort.
• The included spa and excursion credits (select packages) must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• Bookings are required for spa, activities and excursions and some experiences are subject to availability and weather conditions.
• Non-motorised water sports include stand-up paddleboards and kayaks only.

Roundtrip Domestic Transfers Fine Print:

• The flight from Male Domestic Terminal to Kooddoo Domestic Airport is approximately one hour to 105 minutes depending on whether there is a ‘stopover’ at Kadhdhoo Domestic Airport. A short speedboat journey of approximately 15-20 minutes (weather dependent) will follow as the final stretch of your journey to the resort.
• All domestic flights are scheduled based on arriving and departing international flight times.
• Guests waiting for a domestic flight will be escorted to the Airport Lounge where light refreshments are available.
• Pullman Maldives Maamutaa will require names of travelling partner(s) as per your passport along with the international arrival and departure flight details.
• Maldivian Airlines confirms flight schedules one day prior to arrival and as such the resort would be unable to confirm exact flight details until that time.
• Please provide arrival and departure information to the Reservations team at least seven days in advance of arrival.
• To protect guest privacy, Pullman Maldives Maamutaa does not display guests’ names on the arrival placards.
• The airport representative will be waiting to receive guests holding a Pullman Maldives Maamutaa placard at the exit of the airport terminal.
• Transfer prices include the baggage allowance of 20kg per passenger and hand luggage of 5kg per passenger. Any luggage that exceeds this limit will incur an additional surcharge, payable directly to the airline.
• Domestic flights are arranged by a third party and the operation hours are from 6.30am to 10pm.
  • Within this time frame, there are approximately 3–5 flights per day. The final schedule is received from Island Aviation a day prior.
• Infants fly free with a lap seat only.
