7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Luxury Escapes credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

- Arrival transfer: One-way airport pick-up must be booked directly with the resort. All transfers are shared with a minimum of two adults on the Pullman Shuttle Bus, and some guests may have to wait for other arrivals at the same time. The transfer must be requested and confirmed by the resort no later than 72 hours prior to check-in.
- Bedding: Please note all guests included sleep on existing bedding, as specified per room type. Daybed provided in select room types is single size (107cm x 198cm).
- The signature dinner upgrade is for the shared BBQ Seafood Plate for two adults at Kram Beach Club.
