  • Daily buffet breakfast is served at TIVA restaurant from 6am–10.30am on weekdays and from 6am–11am on weekends and public holidays.
  • Executive Club Lounge access includes a welcome drink on arrival, personalised check-in and checkout, daily afternoon tea and free-flow cocktails and canapes. Should the Club Lounge reach maximum capacity, the hotel reserves the right to relocate the cocktails and canapes service to an alternative venue.
  • The nightly free-flow drinks include the signature cocktail, classic cocktails, spirits, beer, sparkling wine, soft drink and juice.
  • For packages inclusive of a spa treatment, the included treatment is a foot or Thai massage at G Spa.
  • G Spa is open daily from 10am–10pm. Final appointments must be made by 8pm each day. Spa reservations must be made upon arrival and are subject to availability if no prior reservation is made. It is highly recommended reservations are made prior to arriving at the hotel. No refunds will be provided for unused services.
  • The swimming pool is open daily from 6am–11pm. The pool bar is open daily from 9am–11pm.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. One-Way Private Airport Transfer Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

  • Includes: A one-way private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
  • You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
    • Flight number and arrival time
    • Child seats requirements
    • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
  • You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
  • Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage
  • A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked or guests may bring their own.
  • The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
