- Check-in is from 2pm on day one, but guests are invited to arrive from 12.30pm to enjoy lunch.
- Daily a la carte breakfast is served from 8am to 10am, including fresh juices, seasonal fruits, yoghurt, pastries, sourdough bread, granola and eggs.
- Daily lunch is served from 12.30pm to 2.30pm, including sommelier-selected wines, antipasto of salumi, pickled vegetables, eggplant caponata, local crayfish with garlic mayonnaise. Expect hearty seafood and barley stew or a winter vegetable minestrone and veal shank with farro, or al fresco pizza at the poolside pizza oven. Gourmet packed picnic hampers are also a lunch option.
- Nightly dinner is always a degustation menu with matched wines served from 6pm to 8pm, with the option to sit at Chef’s Table for an interactive dinner with chef.
- One hour of daily drinks are served from 5pm to 6pm at the communal bar and include select Australian wines, craft beers, local spring water, non-alcoholic drinks, classic cocktails and spirits (additional charges apply for cellar list drinks). This is a personalised offering tailored in-house to suit guests’ individual needs — please contact the property directly to discuss your preferences. Subject to communal bar operating hours. Additional beverages are also served during breakfast, lunch and dinner in line with the package dining inclusions.

- Sailing discount applies to experiences Monday to Friday only. Departure is at 10.30am for a 3.5 hour sail with time to stop and swim with lunch on the boat. Bookings and full payment must be received before guests are onsite.
- Please note, guests must be aged 13+ and any guests under 18 must be accompanied by adult.
- Please note, the Treetops Pavilion has an internal staircase and overlooks the communal infinity pool and deck of the main house. The Hideaway Pavilion is situated in a secluded location approx. 25m from the main house. The Retreat is connected to the main house.

Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.
