- After purchase, please use the Luxury Escapes online booking calendar to select your preferred date and complete your reservation.
- Should Peninsula Hot Springs need to contact you regarding your reservation, they will do so via the email or phone number you supplied when making your booking.
- Present your printed or smartphone voucher upon arrival.
- If you would like to make any changes to your booking, 24 hours’ notice is required. Subject to approval and availability.
- The experience takes place at Peninsula Hot Springs, 140 Springs Lane, Fingal, Victoria 3939. Bookings are available Monday–Friday from 7am to 8.30pm and Saturday–Sunday from 5am to 8.30pm, subject to availability.
- Bathing experiences are subject to availability, depending on capacity and maintenance requirements. Certain experiences or facilities may be temporarily unavailable.
- Late arrival may shorten your session time, and time allocations apply to bathing experiences. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes after the scheduled booking start time will be considered a no-show.

- This experience is not suitable for pregnant people.
- All guardians must pay for entry and are responsible for the children in their care at all times. Revitalise Bath House Bathing is valid for ages 3+. Children under 8 years of age must remain within arm’s reach of a guardian while on the Peninsula Hot Springs premises. Children aged 8-15 must be accompanied by a guardian (and remain within close visual line sight of that guardian). A maximum of six children per adult applies.
- Children under 16 may access the Bath House bathing areas, however they are not permitted in reserved adults-only areas or the Spa Dreaming Centre, which includes the café, bathing area, reception, private baths and treatment rooms.
- The mineral-rich water may discolour swimwear. Street apparel such as jeans and cargo shorts are not appropriate items to be worn in the pools. Please wear comfortable swimwear to use the sauna facilities.
- Spa treatments, food and drinks are excluded. Towel, robe and locker hire are available for purchase at reception on day of visit. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to Peninsula Hot Springs on the day of your visit.
