This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply). To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 72 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 48 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email within 7 days before arrival with check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. At check-in, guests must provide a negative PCR COVID-19 test result. The negative COVID-19 test result requirement applies to all guests aged 2 and up, and the test must have been administered no more than 72 hours prior to check-in. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools.

Update 11th December 2024: As per the amendments to the Tourism Act issued by the Maldivian Government, applicable to all travellers arriving in the Maldives from 1 January 2025, the green tax payable by travellers upon arrival at hotels (including tourist resorts, tourist hotels, hotels, tourist guest houses, tourist vessels) has been increased from USD 6.00 to USD 12.00 per person per day.

Festive and New Year Supplements

• For stays on Christmas Eve (24 December 2026), the supplement is US$580 per adult (12+), and US$290 per child (4–11), subject to 28.7% service charge and tax.
• For stays over New Years Eve (31 December 2026), the supplement is US$1,200 per adult (12+), and US$480 per child (4–11), subject to 28.7% service charge and tax.
• These rates exclude all beverages but water. No refunds are applicable should guests not attend.

Airport Transfers:

• The resort is located approximately a 45-minute speedboat ride from Velana International Airport (MLE). The resort can be reached by a speedboat or seaplane transfer, arranged by the resort. Any charges incurred are payable directly to the resort.
• Upon arrival, an Airport Executive will be on standby at the arrivals hall gate holding an iPad with the logo of ‘Patina Maldives, Fari Islands’ displayed on the screen, who will guide guests through the airport and to the speedboat.
• Baggage restrictions: 20kg per person for checked luggage and 5kg per person for hand luggage.
• Shared luxury boat transfers are scheduled in line with international flight arrival times to Velana International Airport. Alternatively, private transfers are available upon request for an additional fee.
• 1 January 2026 onwards:
  • Shared roundtrip speedboat transfers are US$700 per adult (12+) and US$350 per child (4—11), subject to 28.7% service charge and tax. Speedboat transfers are available day and night, but please note that transfers outside standard operating hours may incur additional charges.
  • Private speedboat transfers are US$1,900 one-way on arrival, or US$3,800 roundtrip, for the entire boat, subject to 28.7% service charge and tax. Speedboat transfers are available day and night, but please note that transfers outside standard operating hours may incur additional charges.
  • Private luxury yacht transfers are US$3,800 one-way on arrival, or US$7,600 roundtrip, for the entire boat, subject to 28.7% service charge and tax. Yacht transfers are available day and night, but please note that transfers outside standard operating hours may incur additional charges.
• Guests can also book a shared or private seaplane transfer for an additional cost.
  • Shared one-way speedboat transfers are US$800 per adult (12+) and US$520 per child (2—11), subject to 28.7% service charge and tax. Speedboat transfers are available day and night, but please note that transfers outside standard operating hours may incur additional charges.
  • Shared roundtrip speedboat transfers are US$950 per adult (12+) and US$650 per child (2—11), subject to 28.7% service charge and tax. Speedboat transfers are available day and night, but please note that transfers outside standard operating hours may incur additional charges.
  • Please note that the price for the private seaplane charter will be advised on request basis. In order to inquire the price for a Private Seaplane Transfers, guests may contact the resort at reservations.maldives@patinahotels.com with the details of the arrival and departure dates, number of guests travelling together as well as the arrival and departure international flight details.
