7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Dock 37 Bar and Kitchen on weekdays from 6.30am to 10.30am and weekends from 6.30am to 11am. Last orders are half an hour before closing time.
• For stays in the Pacific Club King, Yarra Suite or Panoramic Suite, a full buffet breakfast is served in the Pacific Club Lounge.
• A$25 daily dining credit can be used at Dock 37 Bar and Kitchen, Café Orr or for in-room dining (tray charge applies). Credit cannot be used on minibar items. The included dining credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Pan Pacific Club Inclusions & Fine Print:

• Club access includes: Full buffet breakfast, all-day refreshments, evening drinks and canapes, pressing or dry cleaning of up to two pieces of clothing per room per night. Inclusion only applies for two- night minimum stay. Excluding Express/Same Day laundry service, two bottles of water, a selection of soft drinks located in your Mini Bar fridge including Coke, Coke No Sugar, Sprite, Lemon sparkling water and Nectarine sparkling water. Red Bull is not included in this complimentary selection, high-speed internet, business facilities and express check-in and check-out services
• The Pacific Club Lounge is open from Monday-Friday from 6.30am to 10pm; Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 7am to 10pm.
• A full buffet breakfast service is offered Monday – Friday from 6.30am to 10am; Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 7am to 11am.
• Evening drinks and canape service is offered from 5pm to 7pm every day.
• Guests aged 12 years and under are welcome at Pacific Club Lounge before 5.30pm.
• It is requested that Pacific Club Lounge guests with children maintain a calm and restful ambience for the enjoyment of all guests.
• Bar services outside of cocktail hour and those not included in club privileges are chargeable.
• Please note: Dress code within the lounge is smart casual.
• Pacific Club Lounge priviledges also include complimentary soft drinks in mini-bar fridge (excluding Red Bull), access to business services, express check-in and check-out services and a late 2pm checkout (subject to availability)
