Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 8 March 2027 during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily breakfast is served at The Puhu Restaurant from 6.30am–10.30am.
• For Premier Club Room packages, the daily a la carte breakfast can be enjoyed in the Club Lounge from 6.30am–10.30am.
• Daily choice of lunch or dinner is available at The Puhu Restaurant or The Pool Cafe & Bar.
• Lunch is available from 12.30pm–2.30pm. Dinner is available from 6.30pm–9.30pm.
• Daily yoga classes are available for all levels and abilities, including a beginner level yoga class at 6.30am and an all-level yoga class at 8am at The Bamboo Nest, plus an intermediate level aerial yoga session at 7.30am at Serenity Ground (meeting point at the Fitness Centre). Reservations required.
• Daily village bike tours are at 9am and 3pm (depending on ability level). Mountain bikes, mineral water and towels are provided. Advance booking required.
• Daily archery is available for one hour per day between 10am–1pm and 4pm–6pm. Advance booking required.
• Daily golf swing practice is available for one hour per day between 11am–3pm. Advance booking required.
• The Agroforestry Garden is open daily from 9am–5pm. Guided tours take place at 10am on Mondays and Thursdays.
• Included massages are available at The Spa during opening hours, from 9am–9pm. Massages must be booked in advance.

Club Lounge Access (select packages only)

• The Club Lounge is open daily from 6.30am–9pm.
• Club Lounge benefits include:
  • Dedicated check-in area
  • In-room welcome flowers and fruit on arrival
  • One-time complimentary laundry bag wash
  • One-time complimentary minibar upon arrival (one can of beer, one can of soda, one bottle of juice and two types of snacks)
  • Daily refreshments in the Club Lounge (11.30am–4pm and 6.30pm–9pm)
  • Nightly drinks (beers, house wine, cocktails and other non-alcoholic drinks) with canapes from 4.30pm–6.30pm
  • 15% food discount (a la carte and themed buffet dinners) and 10% discount on treatments at The Spa
• During evening drinks, children under the age of 13 are not permitted in the Club Lounge.
• Daily refreshment and evening drinks hours are subject to change without prior notification, but guests will be informed upon arrival

One-Way/Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A one-way OR return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
