Compulsory Christmas and New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 25 December, an additoinal surcharge of US$225 per adult (12+) and US$115 per child (2-11) applies for the compulsory Christmas Gala Dinner. For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of US$325 per adult (12+) and US$165 per child (2–11) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the hotel/resort.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-Day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable. Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Full Board Packages

• Daily lunch is served at Edgewater from 12pm–5pm.
• All bottled wines, sparkling wine and champagne will be charged based on consumption and are not included in your package.
• Some specialty item drinks will incur a charge.
• Reservations are required for specialty restaurants.
• Nightly dinner is served at Cuisine Gallery between 7pm and 9.30pm.

Seaplane Transfers

• Seaplane transfers are operated by Trans-Maldivian Airways International (TMA) and are available only during daylight hours.
• To arrange transfer, your international flight must arrive between 6am and 3.30pm and depart between 9.15am and 11pm.
• Guests who do not arrive at the seaplane counter by at least 4pm will be required to stay overnight in Malé.
• Bookings are subject to tides, weather conditions and schedules are at the discretion of management.
• Details should be provided at least seven days in advance to secure a booking.
• The seaplane transfer will be shared with other passengers and a short waiting time may be required if other passengers are expected.
• Every effort will be made to arrange your resort transfer within two to three hours of arriving at the lounge.
• Seaplane baggage allowance is one piece of 20kg luggage and one 5kg piece of hand luggage per passenger.
• Excess baggage is subject to availability and surcharges will apply.

All-Inclusive Upgrade Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: Dinner is served at Cuisine Gallery Moodhu Grill, Art-I-San or Koto. Daily complimentary ice-cream is available between 3pm–6pm and is limited to one scoop of the flavour of the day. Selected alcoholic free-flow drinks are available from 12pm daily. Guests can choose from a selection of beers, wines, liquors and cocktails. Non-alcoholic drinks include soft drinks, canned juices, water, coffee and tea.
• In the event one of these venues is closed, guests can choose from the alternative options.
• Select menu items, denoted by a star on the menu, are subject to a surcharge.
• The in-room mini-bar excludes the in-room wine cellar.
• The resort reserves the right to refuse service on resposnible service of alcohol grounds,
• The all-inclusive upgrade does not include bottle wines from the Sommeliers Choice menu.
• To redeem the spa discounts prior reservations are required.
