7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Luxury Escapes credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with Luxury Escapes. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Voyager 47 Club Lounge Access

• Voyager 47 Club Lounge access is from 11am to 8.30pm daily.
• Club Lounge guests are able to enjoy a buffet breakfast at Mala Kitchen from 6.30am to 10.30am daily.
• Guests may enjoy unlimited non-alcoholic beverages, coffee and tea daily.
• Afternoon tea and snacks are available from 2pm to 4pm.
• Daily cocktails and the chef’s tasting plate are available from 5.30pm to 6.30pm daily.

Return Airport Transfer Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: Return airport transfers to and from Samui Airport (USM). The services of an English-speaking driver and all airport parking and toll fees included. One 330ml bottle of water per person.
• Transfers are arranged by ICS Travel Group.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within 1 to 2 days of purchase.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger vehicle can fit up to three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger van can fit up to six pieces.
• Infant seats may be pre-booked for a surcharge of US$3 per seat, per trip. Guests may bring their own.
• In case of delays, your driver will wait for up to one hour. After the transfer will be considered cancelled.
