Instant Booking: To confirm your dates of stay at purchase, select ‘Instant Booking’ and select your preferred package. Use the calendar to browse and select available dates. Blackout dates - dates that are not available for stay - cannot be selected. Dates with a surcharge are identified.

Can I change my check in date post purchase: Once you have purchased your package and received confirmation your dates cannot be changed without contacting the hotel directly. This decision is strictly at the discretion of the hotel and subject to availability, so please ensure you have selected your intended travel dates.

Buy Now Book Later: If you want to secure this offer and don’t know when you want to travel please select ‘Buy Now & Book Later’. This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates - within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.

Booking Guarantee: Where you choose to ‘Buy Now and Book Later’ you are entitled to our Booking Guarantee. If you make a booking within 14 days of purchase and don’t secure your preferred dates (with the exception of Blackout Periods) we will give you a full refund. Note: You are required to provide evidence in the form of a ‘rejected request’ email from our hotel partner. At this point, we will escalate to the hotel and aim to secure your preferred date. If it is still unavailable we will promptly provide a full refund.

Strictly subject to availability and please book early to lock in your preferred dates. After the booking guarantee period, bookings for specific dates during the validity period will be accepted on a first in, best-dressed basis.

Accommodation packages are valid for two adults.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three adults or two adults and two children. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ and ‘Child Policy’ for more details.

Extra Guest Policy: In addition to two adults, one additional guest aged 12 years and above may stay for a surcharge of $75 per night sleeping on a sofa bed in rooms with a King bed, or single rollaway bed in rooms with two Queen beds with accommodation only, payable directly to the hotel.

Child Policy: In addition to two adults, up to two children (aged 11 years and under) may stay free of charge sleeping on a sofa bed in rooms with a King bed, or single rollaway bed in rooms with two Queen beds, with accommodation only, payable directly to the hotel. Children will receive kid’s amenities such as a cap, cookies, glass of milk at night and chocolate-covered marshmallows.

Baby Policy: Children under the age of three may stay free of charge and may count towards the room capacity. Cots will be provided where possible and are available upon request.

Adjoining rooms are available on request (subject to availability).

Booking confirmation must be presented at check-in.

Dining inclusions do not include beverages (unless otherwise stated) and menu options are subject to change.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. We suggest purchasing travel insurance as soon as possible after purchasing this accommodation package.

Strictly no refunds for this accommodation package for amendments and change of date - fees are at the hotel’s discretion/policy.

Please be advised that rack rates may not be reflective of actual rates being charged, dependent on the timing and manner of your booking and therefore are only indicative of the level of saving.
