Check-in Requirements

• A non-refundable 1.5% service charge applies to all credit card transactions made at the property.
• A valid photo ID and a credit card pre-authorisation of AU$1 will be required upon check-in.
• Guests must be 18 years of age and above in order to check in. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian.
• Reception is open 24-hours Monday to Friday, and from 6am to 10pm on Saturday and Sunday.

• Housekeeping: Best Flexible Rate and Advance Purchase rate packages includes daily housekeeping servicing. Long Stay Rate package includes weekly housekeeping. All other packages do not include housekeeping (departure clean only).
