Getting to Bali is easy. Regular flights are available with Qantas, Jetstar and Virgin Australia, departing most Australian capital cities with an approximate flight time of five hours.
Flights depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx two hours and 40 minutes), Hong Kong (approx five hours), Bangkok (approx four hours and 20 minutes) and Dubai (approx nine hours).
The hotel is located a 20-minute drive from Bali’s international airport. A one-way airport transfer is included for five and seven-night stays or return transfers for 10-night stays. Please contact the resort to arrange.

Bookings (except for tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

No worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is four adults and three children.
Extra Guest Policy: Additional adults cannot be accommodated.
Child Policy: Up to three children (aged 15 years and under) may stay free of charge sharing existing bedding (one king bed, twin singles and one day bed) with breakfast and transfer included. A rollaway bed is available for AU$35 per night, payable directly to the resort.
Infant Policy: One infant (aged one year and under) may stay and will not count towards the maximum room capacity. A cot can be provided by the resort free of charge.
