7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. - Breakfast is available at Uluwatu Restaurant from 6.30am to 10.30am daily.
- Lunch is available from 11am to 3pm, daily.
- Dinner is available from 6pm to 10pm daily.
- Free-flow drinks hour is included between 11am to 10pm daily, served at Cocos Beach Restaurant & Bar or Nanas Bar.
- Kids eat free within dining inclusions or when dining with a paying adult.
- Garden Wing accommodation is located across the road from the resort’s Beach Wing.
- Please note that for the Tropical Terrace Beach Wing room, for taller or older children, a rollaway bed is available on request, for a surcharge of IDR350,000 per night, subject to availability, paid directly to the hotel.
- Please provide your flight details in advance to the resort in order to confirm airport transfers. Airport transfers may be shared if other guests arive at the same time.
- Kids club is open daily from 9am-6pm for children aged 5–11. Children under 5 will require a babysitter.
- Massage treatments are available at InBalance Spa daily between 9am and 11pm (last treatments at 10pm). Advance bookings are strongly recommended.
