7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Green Tax: Please note a US$12 green tax per person, per night applies (excluding infants) and is not included in your package. Payable directly to the resort. Additional guests are subject to the tax.

Compulsory Christmas Gala Dinner: For stays on 24 December, an additional surcharge of US$300 per adult (12+) and US$150 per child (2–11) applies for a compulsory Christmas Gala dinner. Infants (under 2) dine free. Payable directly to the resort.

Compulsory New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of US$600 per adult (12+) and US$300 per child (2–11) applies for a compulsory New Year’s Eve dinner. Infants (under 2) dine free. Payable directly to the resort.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

Return Seaplane Transfers Fine Print:

• Seaplane transfers between Velana International Airport (Malé) and Noku Maldives are arranged to match your flight schedule. Upon arrival, the resort’s airport resident will greet you outside the arrival hall with a “Noku Maldives” placard and escort you to the Seaplane VIP lounge, where you can enjoy light refreshments and complimentary Wi-Fi before your 45-minute scenic flight.
• Seaplane is a 45-minute flight from Velana International Airport.
• Transfers operate only during daylight hours. To ensure smooth connections, inbound flights must arrive before 1pm. Last seaplane departure is 3.30pm. For flights outside these times, it is recommended to book a nearby hotel.
• To confirm your transfer, please provide flight details and full names (as per passport) at least 7 days before arrival.
• Infants travel without a seat or luggage allowance; child rates apply if a seat is required. Each guest may carry 20kg of checked luggage and 5kg of hand luggage. Excess baggage is charged at US$5 per kg (excluding tax).
• All transfers are subject to weather, tides and airline policies. Noku is not liable for delays or operational changes by the third-party provider but will assist with alternative arrangements when possible.
• Please note, seaplane transfers are not included for extra guests and are payable directly to the resort:
  • 2026 pricing: US$540 per adult; US$340 per child
  • 2027 pricing: US$640 per adult; US$384 per child
