Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to insurance or flights booked with Luxury Escapes. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

No Worries… You can make unlimited changes to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 21 days before your original check-in date for bookings in Australia and New Zealand, and 1 day before check-in for bookings in all other countries. This is provided you choose dates that are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Seaview Superior Room – Packages are valid for two adults.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and one baby. No other guests or children can be accommodated.

Baby Policy: One baby (aged two years and under) may stay free of charge. A cot can be provided free of charge.

Seaview Studio – Packages are valid for two adults and two children aged 12 years and under.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and two children or three adults.

Extra Guest Policy: One additional guest (aged 13 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of US$50 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed (subject to availability) with accommodation, breakfast and daily lunch or dinner only. Payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: Two children (aged 12 years and under) are included in the package (does not include massage and alcoholic beverages).
