7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Fili from 7am–10am, or Thaana Mediterranean Restaurant from 8am–11am (advance booking recommended, subject to availability).
• Daily lunch is served at Fili from 12.30pm–2.30pm, or Thaana Mediterranean Restaurant from 1pm–3pm (advance booking required, subject to availability).
• Nightly dinner is served at Fili from 6.30pm–9pm, Thaana Mediterranean Restaurant from 7pm–10pm, or Alif Asian Restaurant from 7pm–10pm (advance booking required for Thaana and Alif, subject to availability).
• Hatharu Dhan cafe is open 24 hours for coffee, snacks and light refreshments.
• All-inclusive dining does not include Bubble Underwater Restaurant, Sukun Teppanyaki Restaurant, Raa Wine Cellar, in-villa dining or other specialty dining events, which are available at an additional charge and require advance booking.
• Unlimited premium beverages including cocktails, mocktails, champagne, wines, premium spirits and beer are available at all bars from 10am–11pm. All beverages are served one glass at a time. Premium beverage brands are subject to availability.
• Alcoholic beverages will not be served to guests under 18 years of age.
• Sky Bar & Sunken Lounge is an adults-only venue. Advance booking is required, subject to availability. 10am–11pm.
• In-villa minibar is replenished once daily and includes red, white and rosé wine, beer, spirits, soft drinks, water, coffee, tea and assorted snacks. Alcoholic beverages are for guests aged 18 years and above.
• One 60-minute full-body massage per adult is included per stay at Veyoge Spa. Spa treatments must be pre-booked in advance and are subject to availability. Non-refundable and non-transferable. Veyoge Spa is open 9am–7pm.
• Two group excursions per person include a choice of:
  • House reef snorkelling trip by dhoni.
  • Dolphin trip by dhoni.
  • Sunset cruise by dhoni.
  • Sunset fishing by dhoni.
  • Excursions are scheduled weekly, subject to weather conditions and minimum participant requirements. Non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult for all activities and excursions.
• Complimentary non-motorised watersports equipment is available from 9am–6pm (last booking 5pm). Windsurfing is for certified and experienced riders only. Beginner lessons are available at an additional cost. Glass kayak hire is chargeable.
• Overwater padel tennis is complimentary for one hour per day per villa. Pre-booking required. Rackets and balls are available to rent.
• Premium All-Inclusive benefits begin at check-in and end at check-out. Benefits are non-transferable.
• All experiences are subject to weather conditions and availability. The resort reserves the right to change operating hours and menus without prior notice.

Return Seaplane Transfers Fine Print:

• Seaplane transfers between Velana International Airport (Malé) and Meyyafushi Maldives are arranged to match your flight schedule. Upon arrival, the resort’s airport resident will greet you outside the arrival hall with a “Meyyafushi Maldives” placard and escort you to the Seaplane VIP lounge, where you can enjoy light refreshments and complimentary Wi-Fi before your 35-minute scenic flight.
• Transfers operate only during daylight hours. To ensure smooth connections, inbound flights must arrive between 6am and 3.45pm, and outbound flights must depart between 9am and 8pm. For flights outside these times, it is recommended to book a nearby hotel.
• To confirm your transfer, please provide flight details and full names (as per passport) at least 72 hours before arrival. Next-day flight confirmations are typically received by 7.30pm.
• Infants travel without a seat or luggage allowance; child rates apply if a seat is required. Each guest may carry 20kg of checked luggage and 5kg of hand luggage. Excess baggage is charged at US$5 per kg (excluding tax).
• All transfers are subject to weather, tides and airline policies. Meyyafushi is not liable for delays or operational changes by the third-party provider but will assist with alternative arrangements when possible.
• Please note, seaplane transfers are not included for extra guests and are payable directly to the resort (US$382.50 per adult, US$255 per child/infant, roundtrip).
