- Requests for preferred room allocations, such as same floor, high floor and connecting rooms, are not guaranteed and are subject to room availability.
- Under the National Registration Regulations, Marina Bay Sands is required to perform e-pass validity checks for any bona fide traveller who has a valid passport, or other travel document or official document of identity, that has been stamped by an immigration officer of Singapore, to show that they are permitted to remain in Singapore for a restricted period.
- Please note that as an affiliate of a US company, Marina Bay Sands is unable to allow access to the Marina Bay Sands Casino or to conduct foreign currency transactions for individuals who are solely nationals of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or residents of the Crimea Region of Ukraine, Donetsk People’s Republic or Luhansk People’s Republic. - Sands Bay / Premier Suite Additional Charges for Child (six – 12 years old) – Breakfast at S$34, Afternoon Tea at S$18, Aperitif Hour at S$29.20. Prices are based on per child per day and subject to 10% service charge and prevailing goods and services tax.
- Luxury Escapes Exclusive Rate Resort Credit: To redeem S$75 resort credit, please sign up for a membership to the hotel’s loyalty program at reception on arrival. Credit is available only to guests who sign up for the loyalty program.
- Dining Credits (select packages): Dining credits are only valid for selected restaurants as specified under each offer. The total bill must be charged to the room, and any amount exceeding the dining credits will be settled upon check-out. Any form of tips and tobacco are excluded. Credit is only valid during the period of stay. Credit not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund, transfer, or exchange.
- Complimentary Airport Transfer (select packages): The guest is advised to book a limousine transfer directly with the hotel (room.reservations@MarinaBaySands.com) upon booking confirmation. Information required for limousine transfer: guest name, confirmation number, arrival and departure flight details (flight number and ETA / ETD), choice of arrival or departure transfer, contact number and email address.

- Marina Bay Sands’ Light & Water Show, Spectra, will be temporarily closed for upgrading works until 27 October 2025. The show will resume from 28 October 2025 onwards, with its regular show timing, 8pm and 9pm daily, and an additional 10pm show on Fridays and Saturdays.
- Name changes on bookings are not permitted.
