- Daily breakfast is served a la carte at Masé Kitchen & Wine Bar or in-villa between 7am and 11am. Early/late breakfast is available on request, subject to availability.
- Guests can choose daily between two-course lunch or dinner at Masé Green Café, Masé Kitchen & Wine Bar or SOHAM Wellness Center. Lunch is served 11am–3pm; dinner is served 6pm–10pm.
- One cocktail per adult, per day, is served at Masé Kitchen & Wine Bar. Missed cocktails will be forfeited and cannot be combined or redeemed at a later stage.
- One daily 60-minute massage is available per package. Can be redeemed at SOHAM Wellness Center or in-villa. Advance booking is essential. Missed massages will be forfeited and cannot be combined or redeemed at a later stage.
- Shuttle to Seminyak is a shared service that runs on the resort’s schedule. Drop-off only.
- Unlimited access to SOHAM Wellness Center includes gym, regular fitness classes, yoga sessions, swimming pool and recovery area (steam, sauna, hot and cold pool).
- One-way and return airport transfers (select packages only): To book an airport transfer, contact the property directly with your flight details at least 72 hours prior to arrival (up to four adults and four pieces of luggage).
- One-time Balinese cooking class (select packages only): Cooking class is valid for two people and will take place at Masé Kitchen & Wine Bar. Advance booking is essential.
7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
