- Daily breakfast is served at The Plate or Asahi between 7am–10am (last order is 9.30am). The Plate offers a Western-style buffet breakfast and Asahi offers a Japanese-style buffet breakfast.
- Included dinners are served at The Plate, Asahi, Yashiro from 5pm–10pm (last order is at 9pm). The Plate is buffet style, dinner in other restaurants are served as a set menu.
- One-time beers are served at Cottage Lounge from 11am–9pm (last order at 8.30pm). Guests may exchange two beer vouchers for one glass of wine.
- Official winter activity information will be announced before the winter season starts.
- All lift passes are provided at check-in. For guests arriving before the check-in time, visit the front desk to receive your pass.
- VIP list passes (select packages) offer early access 30-minutes before official opening time for designated lifts.
- The onsen is open for use from 5am–11pm. Large tattoos and swimsuit-wearing are prohibited.
- Suite guests are entitled to a one-time stocked mini-bar inclusive of a whisky bottle, Jack Daniels, Old Parr, beers, Pepsi cola, orange juice, Evian bottle, sparkling water and more (select packages only).
- Lotte Arai Resort does not take responsibility for closing the ski area due to shortage or lack of snow because of natural conditions.
- Guests access the resort via a free shuttle service. Please make a reservation in advance to use the shuttle bus.
- Guests can see information for rental snow gear here.

- 30% discount on winter activities does not include snow school and clothing/equipment rental.
- Guests must wear the wristband provided at check-in to receive 20% discount at Cottage Lounge, 50% discount at the swimming pool and and 30% discount on winter activities.

- Pool access is permitted between 1pm–9.30pm on weekdays (final admission at 8.30pm) and 11am to 9.30pm on weekends and bank holidays (final admission at 8.30pm).
- After 6pm on weekdays, only the indoor pool is available.
- The Outdoor Garden Pool is only operated during the summer season.
- Guests under three years of age are not permitted to use the pool. Swimwear rental is not available.
- Room locations: Superior Twin, Superior Triple and Koala Family rooms are located in the ARAI Building. Deluxe Twin and Deluxe Suite rooms are located in the LODGE Building. Deluxe Family Twin and Deluxe Double Twin rooms are available in either the LODGE Building or CLUB Building; room design and interior may vary slightly depending on the building, and building allocation is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Check-in for Deluxe Family Twin and Deluxe Double Twin room types is handled at the LODGE Building.
7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
