Saturday Night Surcharge – Three-Night Package: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night, applies on Saturday nights (three-night packages only) payable directly at time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

If booking extras eg: Airport Transfers, Car Park, Touring etc, credit card details are required to secure.

Dates are strictly subject to availability and please book early to lock in your preferred dates. Booking for specific dates during the validity period will be accepted on a ‘first in, best dressed’ basis.

Luxury Escapes Deals cannot be used with any other hot deals, or other special campaign promotions and inclusions.

Cancellations are not accepted after 7 days of purchase date. 100% cancellation fee / forfeit of Luxury Escapes voucher will apply.

One (1) change to the date of their booking at no charge provided that such change is made no less than 45 days prior to the commencement of the original booking date. Any change to a booking date will be made directly by the customer through the calendar booking system (where available). Amendment to be made via the LE availability calendar.

Date amendments made less than 45 days of arrival date, will incur an amendment fee of A$50 (at resort’s discretion).

One date change only is permitted; further amendments to arrival dates may result in 100% cancellation fee or higher amendment fee being charged (at the discretion of management)

Amendments are not permitted within 14 days of arrival. This will be considered as a cancellation.

Packages are valid for two adults.

Bedding configuration is one queen bed plus one king single bed.

Valid for travel until  31 March 2021 (bookings must be made before 31 January 2021).

Buy Now Book Later: If you want to secure this offer and don’t know when you want to travel please select ‘Buy Now & Book Later’. This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates - within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three people.

Extra Guest Policy: One additional guest (aged four years and over) may stay for a surcharge of A$85 per night, sleeping on existing bedding with accommodation, breakfast, transfers and ranger-guided nature walks & talks only. Payable directly to the resort.

Baby Policy: One baby (aged three years and under) may stay free of charge and will not count towards the room capacity. A cot can be provided by the resort for a surcharge of A$15 per night. Payable directly to the resort.

The hotel will pre-book cruise & adventure experiences. Guests can amend dates based on availability.

Please note that motorised activities (including Segway Tour and all tours by third-party operators) are not covered by the resort credit. All activities and spa treatments must be booked prior to arrival to avoid disappointment. Spa credit requires a minimum spend of A$100 in a single visit (excluding specials). Pre-booking essential, unable to guarantee available time slots if not booked at least 3 weeks prior to arrival.

Please note, ferry transfer does not include vehicles (full retail rate applies, and pre-booking separately with reservations staff is essential). Passenger ferry transfer timetable can be found here. Passenger ferry transfers will be booked for the 1530 sailing for arrival and 1030 for departure. Times can be amended direct with the Reservations Team (subject to availability) after confirmation of your booking has been received.

Guests are asked to arrive at Kingfisher Bay Resort Mainland Reception Office (located at Shop 8, River Heads Shopping Village, 54 Ariadne St, River Heads) at least 40 minutes prior to the ferry departure to allow enough time for check-in, ticketing, luggage collection and vehicle parking..

A confirmation email and attachment will be sent by Kingfisher Bay Resort highlighting important information regarding arrival, check-in, luggage collection, tours and activities. It is important you check this email and attachment carefully and contact the resort with any discrepancies prior to arrival.

Complimentary cocktail at Seabelle Restaurant on purchase of a main meal is valid only for guests aged 18 and above. Juice or soft drink will be provided as an alternative for underage guests.
