Love Bali Tourist Levy: Please note, a mandatory IDR150,000 tourist levy applies to all international visitors travelling to Bali. This fee can be paid in cash on arrival at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) or seaports, or online through the Love Bali website here.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily a la carte breakfast can be served at Kayumanis Resto Jimbaran or in your villa at any time between 7am–10pm.
• Daily lunch is a two-course set menu served at Kayumanis Resto Jimbaran from 12pm–2pm.
• Nightly dinner is a two-course set menu served at Kayumanis Resto Jimbaran from 7pm–9pm.
• The daily restocked minibar includes soft drinks only.
• Please note that butler service is shared across all the villas.
• Afternoon tea is a selection of savoury and sweet snacks served at Kayumanis Resto Jimbaran or in your villa from 2pm–4pm.
• The one-time floating breakfast can be served any day chosen by guests. Advance booking through your butler is required.
• The complimentary shuttle service provides drop-off and pick-up throughout the local Jimbaran area, and operates from 8am–5pm. Advance shuttle reservation is required through your butler.
• The daily bucket of beer and canapes can be served in your villa or at Kayumanis Resto Jimbaran. Please reserve through your butler.
• Advance booking is required for the 60-minute massage per adult at Kayumanis Spa.
• Airport transfers must be reserved a minimum of one day in advance. The maximum capacity is four guests with one piece of luggage each. Guests should inform the hotel in advance should they expect to have extra luggage.
• BBQ dinner (select packages only) must be booked in advance through your butler.
• The welcome drink is a summer punch mocktail (a mix of guava juice, orange juice and strawberry).
• Spa discount applies to any treatment from a select menu at Kayumanis Spa Jimbaran.

Canna Bali Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print:

• Includes: Free entrance to Canna Bali Beach Club, complimentary welcome cocktail or mocktail per person, complimentary ice cream treat per child, free canoe hire, IDR100,000 discount per package toward 60-minute full-body massage, IDR100,000 discount per package toward jug of sangria, IDR500,000 discount per package toward Heritage Set Menu in Cliff Restaurant (applicable with minimum purchase of two set menus; reservation required), IDR 500,000 discount per package toward purchase of second bottle of selected wine
• Access to Canna Bali is permitted one time at any stage during your stay.
• This experience is valid for the number of guests included in your Luxury Escapes Bali stay
• Strictly no walk-ins. Reservations only.
• No cameras and no drones are permitted.
• No food and beverages from outside are permitted.
• Seating and tables (such as lounges, daybeds etc.) at Canna Bali are not included in the entry fee and must be pre-booked (surcharges apply).
• Must be 21+ years for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult guardian aged 18+. Children must be supervised at all times.
• Canna Bali is located in Nusa Dua.
• On the day of your visit, please be ready prior to pickup time at your hotel with your purchase number and booking information. You will be provided with a voucher to redeem your drink choice.
• Transfers between Canna Bali and the Airport are at an additional cost, please email luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com in advance for booking.
