Katathani Phuket Beach Resort is located along the beautiful Kata Noi Beach in Phuket, close to nearby restaurants and beach bars. Old Phuket Town and Patong Beach are both just a short drive away.

Compulsory Christmas Eve Gala Dinner: For stays on 24 December, an additional surcharge of THB5,600 per adult (12+) and THB2,800 per child (4–11) applies for the compulsory Christmas Eve dinner. Infants under four are free of charge. Payable directly to the resort.

Compulsory New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of THB6,500 per adult (12+) and THB3,250 per child (4–11) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Infants under four are free of charge. Payable directly to the resort.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Seacret or Chom Talay from 6am until 10.30am.
• Daily two-course set-menu lunch is served at Fisherman’s Wharf or Seacret.
• Nightly three-course set menu dinner is served at Fisherman’s Wharf, Chanadda or La Scala, or buffet dinner is served at Chom Talay.
• If guests prefer to dine a la carte at Tree House or Sapa Teppanyaki, a food credit will be applied per meal, per person: THB350 for lunch and THB700 for dinner.
• Children staying and eating for free must order lunches and dinners from the kids’ menu.
• The kids’ club is open daily from 9am to 6pm for children aged 4–12 at no extra cost. A parent must supervise children under four.
• Afternoon tea includes a cake and tea or coffee set, served from 1pm–5pm at the Nana Thai Shop. Booking for afternoon tea is recommended.
• One massage per room, per day is included. Guests may choose between a head and shoulder, body or foot massage. Massages take place from 9am to 5pm in the garden. Advance booking is essential.
• The free-flow cocktail hour is available from 4pm–5pm at Coconut Bar or Beach Club Bar. Free-flow cocktails include selected cocktails, house beer, soft drinks and local spirits.
• The one-time access to Fira Beach Club includes a shuttle service. Bookings are required at least 48 hours in advance and can be made via the hotel app. The swimming pool is open from 12pm to 7pm. Children are only permitted in certain areas of the venue, not including the pool area.
• All-Day Drinks Upgrade: Unlimited daily free-flow (select packages only) is available at Coconut Bar, Beach Club Bar and Mango Bar from 11am to 10pm and Pineapple from 11am to 8pm. Guests who purchase this package will also have the following restaurants included in their nightly dinner options: Orora, Tree House and The Cove Bistro. Excludes wine and smoothies.
• The Thai cooking class is optional and replaces lunch on one day of your stay. Cooking classes take place at Chom Talay from 12pm to 1pm. Must be booked 24 hours in advance. Bookings cannot be amended. Children under 15 may accompany adults in the cooking class but cannot participate for safety reasons. The minimum age to participate in the cooking class is 15 years old.
• The daily shuttle to Patong departs at 8.30pm and returns at 11pm. The daily shuttle to Phuket Town departs at 1pm and returns at 4pm. Both cost THB150 per person and require a minimum of four people.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
