The Kanishka Villas Seminyak may charge a change fee equivalent to the cost of one night’s accommodation in the relevant room type if a guest elect to change travel dates after their reservation is confirmed, payable direct to the resort and strictly subject to availability.

Bedding configuration is one king-sized bed plus one rollaway bed for a surcharge.
Child Policy - Jacuzzi Villa and One-Bedroom Pool Villa:
Child 1: May stay free of charge with accommodation only sleeping on existing bedding. Breakfast is free of charge for a child aged ten years and under.
Child 2: May stay for a surcharge of AU$50 per child per night sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation and breakfast only, payable directly to the hotel.
Baby Policy: A baby aged two years and under may stay free of charge and will count towards the room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.
