Kanishka Villas are fully self-contained with spacious living and dining, comfortable bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. The living and dining area features a dining area and hot kettle. A 42-inch flat screen television and DVD player complete the entertainment facilities. The bedroom features a 4-poster bed with mosquito net canopy, 32-inch television and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower.

The Kanishka Villas Seminyak may charge a change fee equivalent to the cost of one night’s accommodation in the relevant room type if a guest elect to change travel dates after their reservation is confirmed, payable direct to the resort and strictly subject to availability.
Accommodation packages are valid for two adults.
Maximum Room Capacity - Jacuzzi Villa: The maximum room capacity is two adults or two adults and two children. See the ‘Child Policy’ and ‘Extra Guest Policy’ for more details.
Bedding configuration is one king-sized bed plus one rollaway bed for a surcharge.
Child Policy - Jacuzzi Villa and One-Bedroom Pool Villa:
Child 1: May stay free of charge with accommodation only sleeping on existing bedding. Breakfast is free of charge for a child aged ten years and under.
Child 2: May stay for a surcharge of AU$50 per child per night sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation and breakfast only, payable directly to the hotel.
Baby Policy: A baby aged two years and under may stay free of charge and will count towards the room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.
