7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Two-Hour Whitsundays Tour:

• Tour includes return boat transfers from Hayman Island but the rest of the tour is self-guided.
• Guests can explore Langford Island, Bali Hai Reef OR Blue Pearl Bay North.
• Snorkelling equipment is included.
• Guests from the same package must take the tour at the same time.

Return Catamaran Transfers:

• Connecting catamaran transfers from Hamilton Island Airport (HTI) or Coral Sea Marina (Airlie Beach) are included. Please contact the resort directly to organise on +61 7 5501 9992 or hayman.reservations@ihg.com.
• If departing from Coral Sea Marina (Airlie Beach), please book a flight to Whitsunday Coast Airport (PPP). Transfers from Whitsunday Coast Airport to Coral Sea Marina are not included.
• Transfer times from Hamilton Island are manifested 48 hours prior based off incoming/outgoing commercial flights at Hamilton Island Airport. Commercial flights run between 9am and 3pm.
• Every attempt is made to ensure your transfer is as close to your arrival time as possible.
• Transfers to/from from Coral Sea Marina currently depart once in the morning and once in the evening. Please contact resort for most recent schedule times.
• The day before departure, you will receive a letter from the resort team with your cruise departure time, ensuring you arrive at Hamilton Island Airport (HTI) or Coral Sea Marina with ample time to check-in for your flight home.
• Dress code is resort smart casual. Transfers include sparkling wine and light refreshments.
• The transfer takes guests on a scenic one-hour journey through the Whitsundays before arrival at the resort.
