- Once you’ve completed your booking you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email. This is not your event ticket.
- Your official ticket will be emailed to your nominated email address within the week of the event.
- You’ll need to present your official ticket to redeem the experience.

- Premium seats are located across multiple rows in the front section and allocated numerically in booking order on a first-come, first-served basis. Individual seating requests, including requests for specific seats or rows, cannot be accommodated, and first-row seating isn’t guaranteed.
- Group bookings must be made in the same order for seats to be allocated together. Please note your preference to sit together under special requests for consideration during seat allocation. Requests are not guaranteed.
- The meet-and-greet photo opportunity takes place after the show and lasts approximately 45–60 minutes. Premium ticket holders will queue for a brief personal interaction and photo with David The Medium.
