7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Breakfast is served between 7am—10.30am at Yangna.
• Daily three-course lunch and dinner are served from a set all inclusive menu at Yagna. Lunch is available from 11am—5pm. Dinner is available from 5pm—11pm.
• Camp Hyatt kids club is open daily from 9am—8pm.
• Daily ice cream is available at Cobalt from 11am—11pm.
• Complimentary activity per adult is limited to activities listed in the monthly recreation schedule and excludes any privately organised classes or sessions such as Thai boxing, bike tours, water scooter activities or sound healing.
• Complimentary Camp Hyatt activity for two kids is limited to activities listed in the monthly recreation schedule and expressly excludes any privately organised classes or sessions. This includes one charged activity per child. For activities that are already free of charge, children may join as often as they wish according to the scheduled program.
• One time paddleboarding, kayaking or snorkelling is a group experience and must be booked in advance and is subject to availability
• Daily pool snacks, coffee and tea are available at Kube from 8am—10pm.
• Free-flow drinks are available at Cobalt from 11am—7pm from the all-inclusive drinks menu.
• 90-minute massage is a traditional Thai massage or foot massage and must be booked in advance. Veriō Spa is open daily from 10am—8pm.
• Regency Club lounge access (select packages only) includes breakfast, all-day light refreshments, evening drinks and evening canapés and is open daily from 8am—10pm. Evening drinks and canapes are available from 5pm—7pm for select packages with Club access only.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
