This expansive property has been lovingly transformed into luxe accommodation on a working wagyu cattle and polo farm by the Northcott family. Enjoy the tranquillity from the comfort of your very own private cabin; each thoughtfully designed, with an expansive private deck overlooking the verdant farmland, a wood fireplace to create a cosy atmosphere, luxury linens and plush bathrobes, perfectly positioned in close proximity to The Paddock Restaurant. At The Paddock Restaurant, ingredients are sourced from the onsite garden and region’s best farmers and producers wherever possible, and the team are unwavering in their commitment to delivering a unique dining experience.
Watch visiting players and teams practise on the polo field, enjoy a private horseback tour of Lamington National Park or pamper yourself with an indulgent treatment at the onsite spa. Or, grab your hiking boots to explore the surrounding trails where you’ll find lush, green pastures, superb natural beauty, and sweeping views that stretch far into the distance.

The most important meal of the day deserves only the very best – and you’ll experience exactly that with daily breakfast for two at The Paddock Restaurant, overlooking the lush landscape. Indulge in a selection of items that highlight the very best seasonal and local produce. Options may include black pudding pancakes, halloumi, smoked bacon, mushrooms, yoghurt, muesli and croissants with a selection of preserves.
When the sun goes down, The Paddock Restaurant is the place to be – and nightly three-course dinner for two is the only way to end another day in rural paradise. The menu has been lovingly curated by Executive Chef Cameron Matthews and carefully prepared by his team, with sample dishes including coal-fired beetroot with burnt honey and whey; blood orange cured barramundi; and wagyu with fermented mushrooms and marrow (please note, dishes vary from season to season).
Discover the ethos behind the restaurant’s cooking style and menu inspiration with a guided market garden tour with Executive Chef Cameron Matthews, followed by a sunset glass of local wine, beer or house spirit of your choice.
Enjoy a curated selection of premium Australian wines and local cheeses on The Clubhouse veranda together with other guests in a special one-time event hosted by the restaurant manager or onsite sommelier and embark on a journey throughout Australia’s premier wine regions.

Free cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Luxury Escapes credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
