- Dinner is available at Grand Café, Bumbu Delhi, Ibu Kitchen, Chopstick Chinese Restaurant and Rama Live Entertainment.
- Room service is available 24 hours for food orders. Premium menu items, including lobster, large prawns and wagyu, are excluded; a 30% discount applies.
- Included drinks (local spirit brands, cocktails, soft drinks, wine and beer) are served by the glass and are available from 11am until after midnight from a select menu. Guests may order one drink at a time.
- Premium drinks are available at Panorama Lounge & Bar only from 9pm–midnight, from a select menu. Drinks not included in the select menu (including premium brands, champagne and imported wines) receive a 30% discount.
- The minibar is replenished once daily and includes soft drinks, juice, mineral water, beer, wafers and nuts.
- One-time Aquamedic Pool entry per adult is available at Thalasso Bali from 11am–5pm. Swimwear is required. Thalasso Bali is open daily from 11am–11pm.
- The US$55 Sea Walker voucher is valid for one activity per adult. Sea Walker operates daily from 8am–6pm, subject to weather, tide and ocean conditions. Advance reservations are recommended, with 24 hours’ notice required. Please allow 60–70 minutes for this activity.
- Non-motorised watersports are available daily from 9am–5pm.
- Kids’ Club access, including the mini water park and slide, is available daily from 8am–9pm. Kids’ activity programs are not available after 5pm, and children must be accompanied by a parent after this time.
- Daily laundry includes two pieces per person and excludes dry cleaning.
7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)
- Includes: A return private airport transfer from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS), basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person
- You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
- Flight number and arrival time
- Child seats requirements
- Number of pieces of luggage including large items
- You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
- Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
- A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
