Grand Hyatt Bali is enviably located on the golden shores of Nusa Dua, steps from the Bali Collection shopping centre. A collection of cultural attractions are located within 15 minutes of the resort. If you feel like a fun-filled day out, Waterbom Bali can be reached in less than 40 minutes.

Optional New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of IDR895,000 per adult (13+) and IDR447,500 per child (2–12) applies for the optional New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges

• Veranda Club Access Upgrade: Only valid for select packages, between 4pm and 6pm. Includes canapes and alcoholic drinks.
• One 30-minute massage per adult at the onsite spa is available to redeem from 9am to 8pm. Guests choose between a 30-minute head, shoulder, or foot massage. Bookings are required in advance.
• 30% discount on select spa treatments is limited to 30-minute head, shoulder or foot massages.
• All dining and guest activities (including teppanyaki and dinner at Pasar Senggol) require booking in advance.
• Resort activities include yoga and bike hire. Bookings are required in advance.
• Kids’ club is open from 9am to 8pm. Maximum usage is two hours per day. Valid for children 12 and under.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be booked at IDR50,000 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
• Only valid for transfer to and from I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS).

Tropical Temptation Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: Free entrance to Tropical Temptation Beach Club in the First Party Area including one cocktail or mocktail per adult per day of entry and a 35% discount on minimum spend for upgrades including VIP area and cabanas.
• Tropical Temptation Beach Club is located in Uluwatu.
• Guests must present their Luxury Escapes booking confirmation on entry (subject to availability).
• Transport to and from the beach club is not included, however can be arranged for a fee by emailing luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com or via WhatsApp +62 811 3960 6800.
• Minimum age for entry is 10 years. Children under the age of 10 years will be unable to enter the venue. Children are not allowed in the pool area after 5pm, after which time children are only permitted in the lounge area and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Luxury Escapes highly recommends pre-booking your preferred date and time online prior to arrival to avoid disappointment (IDR 30,000 online booking fee applies – approximately A$3). The booking process is:

• Guests must make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp (+62 823-4558-0600), quoting your Luxury Escapes purchase ID number.
• On the day of your visit, please be ready prior to pick-up time at your hotel. Upon arrival, please provide your Luxury Escapes purchase ID number and booking information. You will be provided with a voucher to redeem your drink choice.
