7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-Day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Breakfast is at Garden Cafe, Watercourt or Salsa Verde from 7am to 10.30am.
• Lunch is served daily at Garden Cafe, Salsa Verde, Watercourt restaurant or Pool Bar between 11.30am and 2.30pm.
• Dinner is served daily at Garden Cafe, Salsa Verde, Pasar Senggol (based on opening days and hours) or Watercourt between 5.30pm and 9.30pm.
• The 50% food and drink discount for children aged 11 and under is valid for the a la carte menu and applicable to any menu item. Please note portions will be adjusted into kids’ sizes.
• Complimentary cocktail per adult is served at any dining venue except the Veranda Lounge & Bar.
• Massages are redeemable at Kriya Spa between 10am and 3pm daily. Advance booking is required.
• The kids’ club inclusion is available for two hours from 9am to 5pm and is suitable for children aged 3 to 11 years. Kids may stay longer for a surcharge.
• Two Bedroom Suite: Lunch and dinner inclusions are valid for up to four adults OR, in the case of bookings for two adults and three children, two children may recieve the lunch and dinner inclusion, and the third child recieves a 50% food and drink discount.

Airport Transfers Upgrade Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: Roundtrip airport transfers, English-speaking driver, airport parking fee and toll fee, one bottle of 330ml water per person, Villa Belibis upgrade includes a luxury SUV.
• You will be emailed an online form to book in your date and time within two days of purchase.
• Three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. Six-passenger car can fit six pieces.
• Infant seat can be pre-booked at US$3 per seat each way. Guests can bring their own.

Tropical Temptation Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: Free entrance to Tropical Temptation Beach Club in the First Party Area including one cocktail or mocktail per adult per day of entry and a 35% discount on minimum spend for upgrades including VIP area and cabanas.
• Tropical Temptation Beach Club is located in Uluwatu.
• Transport to and from the beach club is not included, however can be arranged for a fee by emailing luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com or via WhatsApp +62 811 3960 6800.
• Guests must present their Luxury Escapes booking confirmation on entry (subject to availability).
