Eat & Drink Van Diemans Tour: Your tour begins with a pickup from Salamanca Place, Hobart at 11am on Day 1 of your tour. You will be returned to Salamanca Place in the early evening on the third day.

*Rugged Indulgence Tour: *Your tour begins with a pickup from The Launceston Gorge carpark at 9:30am on Day 1 of your tour. You will be returned to Launceston in the late afternoon on Day 3.

Hobart, Salamanca Place, 11am. Your guide will meet you. The tour goes for three days and two nights and will return you to Salamanca place on the Hobart waterfront early evening on the third day.


Barilla Bay Oysters revolutionised the cultivation of oysters in Tasmania ensuring more delicious and consistently succulent oysters. Produced in the purest of waters these oysters are second to none and it’s our hard job to sample these delicacies! Along with the abalone that Tasmania is so famous for we get to wash it all down with a ginger beer from their own brewery. The Launceston Gorge Carpark. 9.30am. Your guide will meet you at the front street entrance. This tour goes for approximately 3 days and will return you to Launceston late afternoon on the third day.


The Ashgrove milk and cheese factory is in the heart of the dairy country in Northern Tasmania. Farm fresh milk, cream, cheese, ice cream and butter are all on offer with more varieties of each than you could ever imagine! Have a sneaky peak behind the scenes at how they make their cheese before taking home their specialty beer matched cheeses! Included on our tour: A cheese board and coffee.

Seven Sheds Brewery See the true paddock to glass experience at Seven Sheds Brewery. With organic hops grown on site, and locally sourced honeys and malt this brewery, meadery and hop garden a tour of the gardens and brewery give you full insight into how these delicious seasonal beers, honey wines and melomels are created. Willie Simpson’s beers are a long way from the usual tastes of big, brewery draughts, they need to be tasted to be believed! Spreyton cider You can’t visit the Apple Isle and not sample the produce that Tasmania was first so famous for!
