Gibbston Valley Lodge & Spa is located approximately a 20-minute drive from Queenstown Airport (ZQN). Airport transfers are not included in this package, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks or sides (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily continental breakfast with barista coffee is served in The Lodge from 8am–10am.
• One two-course a la carte dinner is included per stay a tThe Lodge from 6pm. Choose from starter and main, or main and dessert. Drinks and sides are not included. Bookings are required.
• Daily free-flow Gibbston Valley Méthode Traditionnelle wine is available from 8am–4pm.
• Exclusive evening wine tasting in The Lodge is on the first night of your stay. The wine tasting experience is available at The Lodge at 5pm. Bookings are encouraged at least 48 hours in advance. If you missed the session, no other service will be offered.
• A NZ$100 spa credit per room is redeemable at the Lodge Spa on all treatments, excluding retail and discounted treatments. Single transaction only. Advance booking is recommended at least two weeks prior, subject to availability. Non-transferable, no cash value. No minimum spend required. Any unused portion of this credit is forfeited.
• Lodge Spa is open from 9am–5pm every day.
• Half-day e-bike hire for two is available from 10.30am–1.30pm or 1.30pm–4.30pm per stay. Rider heights are required at the time of booking. Bookings are required and subject to availability.
• Exclusive Gibbston Valley cave tour for two is included per stay. Advance booking is recommended. Contact the property by phone or email to arrange. Tours can be booked on arrival, but will be subject to availability.
• Fitness centre, sauna and outdoor hot tub access is available daily from 7.30am–10pm (last booking 9pm). Bookings required and subject to availability. Swimwear required in hot tubs; no glassware permitted. Robes and slippers are provided in-villa; extra towels are available at the fitness centre.
• Late 11am checkout is included, subject to availability.
• Although this is an adults-only deal, the property is not an 18+ property and children may be around. There is no age restriction on the use of the sauna and hot tub.
• There are two accessible villas on-site. Please contact the hotel directly if this is required.

60-minute session at The Bathhouse Spa Queenstown (select packages only)

• Includes: 60-minute access to The Bathhouse Spa Queenstown with access to: 34° hot pool, ambient pool, 12° cold plunge, Finnish sauna with fireplace, scented steam room, two infrared saunas, two refreshment and tea lounges, premium change amenities, use of Dyson hair appliances
