7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Full-Day Whitsundays Catamaran Cruise Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Valid for two adults (13+) or one family (two adults + two children), depending on package purchased.
• Includes: A full-day Thundercat catamaran cruise around the Whitsunday Islands, visit to Whitehaven Beach, guided bush walk to Hill Inlet Lookout, visit Mantaray Bay to see a variety of marine life, snorkelling the Coral Gardens at Stone Haven Bay, local buffet-style lunch cooked by an onboard chef, morning and afternoon tea, lycra suit, snorkelling equipment and wetsuit (winter months) hire, BYO drinks (esky and ice provided; must be 18+ for alcohol consumption).
• Not valid: Public holidays, 1, 26 January, 3, 6, 25 April, 4 May, 6 October, 24, 25, 26 December.
• Pick-up is also available from Red Cat Adventures Shop (350 Shute Harbour Road, Airlie Beach) at 8.20am. To organise, please contact Red Cat Adventures’ reservations team on (07) 4946 4444 before 5pm the day before departure.
• Parking is available at Coral Sea Marina: 1–3 Shingley Drive, Airlie Beach and is charged per day.
• Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time for check-in. Late arrivals and no shows void voucher.
• Adult rates are valid for ages 15+. Child rates apply for ages 2–14. Children under 2 must be approved before departure and supply their own lifejacket.
• Prices include all National Park and Great Barrier Reef Marine Park entry fees.
• Travel insurance is recommended.
• Alcohol is not sold on the boat. Guests are welcome to BYO and place cans in the esky. No red wine or glass is allowed on the vessel.
• Drinks are not included. Customers can purchase soft drinks and water from A$3 on the boat, payable directly to Red Cat Adventures.
• Please note, Red Cat Adventures does not cater to dietary requirements. If the above menu is not satisfactory, please feel free to bring your own food and snacks and staff will happily place them in our cold esky.
