- Breakfast is available from 6.30am–11.30am. Lunch is available from 1pm–3pm. Dinner is available from 6.30pm–10pm. Meals are served at Cascades (buffet or a la carte). Children dine from either the buffet menu or a dedicated kids menu.
- A complimentary shuttle service is available from Fairmont Dubai to Outlet mall. Please visit the Concierge in the lobby or dial extension 5317 from any hotel phone, for the daily shuttle service schedule.

- Includes: A return private airport transfer in a premium vehicle (Toyota Previa or similar), basic English-speaking driver, complimentary Wi-Fi and one bottle of water per person.
- Valid for transfer to and from Dubai International Airport (DXB) to Fairmont Dubai only. Excludes additional stops during transfer, food and additional drinks and optional gratuities for your driver.

- Valid for up to four passengers (including infants).
- How to book: Please provide the following information at time of booking: Flight number and time, drop-off hotel name, any other special requests e.g. child seat requirements. After you have made your booking request, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to your nominated email address. Please note this is NOT a final confirmation, as your desired date may not be available. Elevate DMC will be in contact within 1–3 business days to confirm your booking and arrange a time with you directly
- Transfer is not confirmed until you have provided the above information to the provider at least 72 hours in advance of flight arrival.
- Luggage restrictions: three large suitcases and one small suitcase.
- An infant seat can be booked for a surcharge of US$5 per seat, per trip. Maximum of two infant seats per car.
- The driver will be dressed in distinctive orange and will hold easily recognisable signage.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
- Please note: Transfers are valid for four guests. Any bookings which exceed this capacity will not have transfers included.
- Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer and no refund is applicable. If there are changes to your flights, please advise ahead of time with as much notice as possible.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
