- Set-menu lunch is served at Bre-Eze restaurant from 11am–2pm. Set-menu dinner is served at Bre-Eze restaurant from 6pm–9pm. Soft drinks and alcohol are not included. Guests have a choice of three set menus, all including a starter, a main with rice, and a dessert.
- Daily signature cocktail is served at Bre-Eze restaurant or the pool bar from 11am–10pm.
- 20% dining discount may be used multiple times. Valid at all on-site restaurants and bars. No minimum spend. Not valid for in-room dining.
- The welcome drink is frest coconut water with butterfly pea served at check-in.
- Complimentary access to non-motorised watersports equipment includes paddleboards and kayaks. All equipment hire is first-come, first-served and is subject to availability.
- Included massages are valid for one traditional Thai massage per adult at Pandanus Spa. Massages must be booked one day in advance.
- Floating breakfast (select packages only) includes a selection from the main buffet, available from 7am–10.30 am. Pre-booking is required.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of THB7,000 per adult (16+) and THB3,000 per child (5–15) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort.
Starting 1 May 2025, all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea will be required to complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online before arrival. This new system will streamline immigration, making the process faster, easier and more secure, eliminating the need for paper forms.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)
- Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
- Flight number and arrival time
- Child seats requirements
- Number of pieces of luggage including large items
- You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
- Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
- A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
