‘7-Day Change of Mind Guarantee’ - Bookings (except for Tour bookings) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Feel Like Changing your Dates? No Worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Heritage Villa - Packages are valid for two adults

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three adults or two adults and two children. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ below:

Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (aged 13 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of AU$850 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation and meals only. Payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: Up to two children (aged 4 - 12 years) may stay for a surcharge of AU$425 per child, per night, sleeping on a daybed or fold-out bed with accommodation and meals only. Payable directly to the resort. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Baby Policy: One infant (aged three years and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Connecting rooms are not available.

Onsite Nature-Based Activities include the following: Daily guided walks to discover wildlife in its natural habitat; horse experience tour through the stables; conservation activity to explore the ecology of the resort; and the colonial heritage tour looking into the history of the property or explore the infinitely-starry sky with an evening Stargazing Talk.

Please note: Non-alcoholic beverages are available all day. Alcoholic beverages are only included with lunch and dinner and are only available to those aged 18 or older. Menus are subject to change without notice.

Please note that Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley is a secluded resort and mobile coverage is not available. Wi-Fi access is available throughout the main resort area.
