Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)
- Important:
- Exclusions: additional stops during transfer, food and drinks, and optional gratuities for your driver
- Driver will report to the airport 30 minutes prior to arrival time. No refunds are provided for late arrivals
- Infant seats can be pre-booked free of charge. Child seats provided on request and are subject to availability. Guests can bring their own.
- Rates may be subject to change depending on additional governmental taxes or fees

- Terms & Conditions:
- Valid for transfers to and from Colombo Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB) only.
- Driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After this, the transfer will be considered cancelled. No refunds are provided.
- Late arrivals and no-shows void the offer, and no refund is applicable. If there are changes to your flights, please advise ahead of time with as much notice as possible (see minimum notice requirements in Cancellation Policy).
- Additional Passengers: Surcharges per way apply to add additional passengers to your transfer. All surcharges are payable directly to Jetwings Travel in USD.
- Cancellation/changes: Minimum notice period of 7 days prior to arrival date is required to change a booking you have made, subject to availability. Fees may apply.
- Luggage restrictions:
- Luggage capacity: Two (2) pieces of luggage for two-person vehicles; Four (4) pieces of luggage for four-person vehicles.
- Any luggage that does not fit in the vehicle must travel separately at the passenger’s own cost.
- Vehicle is subject to change depending on availability, without notice. The appropriate vehicle type will be allocated based on the number of passengers.
