- Daily buffet breakfast is served at Pinky’s Rottnest Island from 7:30am to 10am.
- Dining Credit: The included A$50 credit is per room, per stay, and must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Credit can be used at Pinky’s Rottnest Island (excludes minibar and room service). No minimum spend applies.
- Transport to/from Rottnest Island is not included in this package. Guests are responsible for organising their own ferry or seaplane transfer to Rottnest Island. This ticket will include the Rottnest Island Authority Fee. Ferry options are available from Fremantle (25 minutes), Hillarys Boat Harbour (45 minutes), or Barrack Street Jetty, Perth CBD (90 minutes).
- It is strongly recommended that guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover disruptions, including ferry cancellations due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Please note that refunds outside the stated cancellation policy are not available due to transport delays or cancellations.
- Baggage transfer arrangements may vary depending on the chosen ferry operator. Guests are encouraged to pack a day bag with swimwear, sunscreen, medications, and other essential items in case their main luggage is not immediately available upon arrival.
- Accessibility: The resort is located approximately 1km (around a 15-minute walk) from the Main Jetty through the island settlement. As Rottnest Island is car-free, mobility-impaired vehicle transfers are available only when pre-arranged and approved by Rottnest Rangers.
- Additional charges:
- For infants (0-2) in all room types, cots are available for $50 per stay payable direct to the property at time of check-in. Cot will be requested, subject to availability.
- Superior Family Tent: For the fifth guest, an additional fee of A$50 per stay applies for the rollaway bed, paid directly to the resort at check-in.
7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
