- Nightly free-flow cocktail hour takes place at Aqua Bar from 5pm–6pm, including drinks from a select happy hour menu.
- Included massage is a COMO Shambhala Signature Massage at COMO Shambhala spa. Advance booking is required.
- Play by COMO is open daily from 9am–6pm for children aged 4–12.
- Daily COMO Shambhala Retreat access includes holistic therapies, daily yoga and specialized wellness programs.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)
- Includes: A return private airport transfer from Phuket International Airport (HKT), basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- The hotel is a 40 minute drive from Phuket International Airport (HKT).
- You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
- Flight number and arrival time
- Child seat requirements
- Number of pieces of luggage, including large items
- You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your travel date.
- Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle.
- Fees may apply for excess baggage.
- A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way, or guests may bring their own.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
