7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Luxury Escapes credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• The daily breakfast will be an international buffet served at River Barge Restaurant from 6.30am until 10.30am.
• The Club Lounge access includes all-day coffee and tea, laundry services, access to meeting rooms, and free-flow cocktails (from a special cocktail menu) and canapés served from 5pm to 7pm at the Chatrium Club Lounge on the 36th floor.
• The Thai set-menu dinner will be served at Lobby Lounge or the River Barge Restaurant from 6pm until 9pm. Bookings are required at least seven days in advance.
• The Thai cooking class and lunch will be served at River Barge Restaurant, starting at 12pm for a 2pm lunch. Children may attend the lunch but are not permitted in the cooking class.
• Guests may choose any massage from the Spa Menu for the 60-minute massage (adults only). Please book at least 24 hours in advance with the hotel or reservations.chrb@chatrium.com
